  • Secure your Winch Hook with a Daystar Winch Isolator

  Daystar’s Winch Isolators provide a clean and easy way to store the winch hook when not in use. Installed over the winch cable, the Winch Isolators nest with a roller or hawse fairlead and provide a convenient rest for the winch hook that also prevents it from rattling. They do not affect winch operation and are constructed of a durable polyurethane material. Installation is a snap: simply remove the winch hook, slide the cable through the winch isolator, and re-attach the hook…it’s that simple!

  Jack Isolators

  Everyone should carry an off-road jack when venturing into the outback but storage of the jack remains a problem, especially when it comes to the handle. It tends to rattle against the main bar of the jack, flops around, and generally makes a nuisance of itself. Daystar created the Jack Isolator to provide convenient, rattle-free storage for the jack handle by sliding over the main bar of the jack and the handle itself. There have been many imitators since we invented this problem-solving device, but there is no substitute for the original!

  D-Ring Isolators

  Stop the rattles! Daystar D-Ring Isolators fit conventional 3/4" recovery shackles, also known as D-Rings. Designed to prevent the shackles from rattling against your vehicle bumper or recovery point, they simply snap in place and kill the rattles permanently. Available in red, blue, yellow, and blue.

  Rope Rollers

  Daystar Rope Rollers make any conventional fairlead compatible with synthetic winch rope! Rope rollers are direct replacements for the steel roller fairleads and provide a smooth surface for synthetic winch rope…no galling, cutting, or pinching. Rope rollers are not to be used with steel winch cable.

  Switches

  Daystar offers stylish 20-amp, 3-pole, marine grade rocker switches that can be illuminated in one of four colors: amber, blue, red, and green. Designed to work with our switch panels, these switches also fit the switch blanks present in many late-model dashes. These switches are perfect for lights, lockers, or any other aftermarket electrical accessories.

  Motor Mounts

  Daystar’s Motor Mounts offer several advantages over factory mounts. They feature a fully welded and interlocking design, meaning that even if the mount fails (a highly unlikely situation) the mounts have a mechanical backup to keep the drivetrain components from breaking loose. They are resistant to vehicle fluids and road grime, and provide firmer holding power than traditional rubber.

  Shock Reservoir Isolators

  Remote-reservoir shocks are all the rage these days, but finding a clean and easy way to secure the remote reservoirs is a challenge. Daystar’s Shock Reservoir Isolators enable the reservoir to be mounted on other tubular suspension components, such as shock hoops, and keep the reservoirs secure. They are available in several different diameters; check the product description for more information.

  Lubricant / Grease

  Daystar’s Lubrathane is a specially blended lubricant designed specifically for polyurethane bushings. It is a fully synthetic mix of silicone and Teflon* that is water resistant and does not attract dust. Lubrathane has a high temperature rating and provides a thin film of lubrication that eliminates squeaks and reduces wear.

  Tie Rod & Ball Joint Dust Boots

  Tie rods and ball joints are important components in the overall suspension equation, yet they are supplied with inferior rubber boots that deteriorate and tear over time. Replacing them with Daystar Dust Boots will increase the durability and longevity of these important suspension components. Unless otherwise stated, they are offered in universal applications so have the stud and overall joint diameters on hand.
